• Communities should pursue community or municipal wifi projects to provide higher speed (than dialup) wireless access to the Internet for people in the community.

• NGOs should work to provide used computers loaded with open source, free software to people in the communities they serve
• Governments should work on pilot and large-scale one to one initiatives (like [http://laptop.org|OLPC) for P-12 and university students
• Businesses should focus and channel grant dollars to support provision of computer technologies to community members.
